Pacific Yearly Meeting is not only an annual gathering of unprogrammed Friends, it is an ongoing institution. Throughout the year, officers and committees conduct much of the work of the Yearly Meeting. Business of the Yearly Meeting may also be conducted in plenary sessions and committee meetings when the Representative Committee gathers in early spring. <See page 125>.
